What APRC Is Looking For

APRC is seeking suppliers who can provide high-quality services, reliable project coordination, clear reporting, and strong value for money. Suppliers should demonstrate relevant experience, a practical methodology, realistic work planning, transparent pricing, and the capacity to meet agreed deliverables and timelines.

APRC particularly encourages suppliers to show how their proposed approach will support inclusive participation, safeguarding, accessibility, respectful stakeholder engagement, and accountable use of project resources.

⚖️ Supplier Neutrality

This procurement is supplier-neutral. APRC has not named, linked to, or endorsed any specific supplier for any RFQ package. All quotations will be assessed against the requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the relevant RFQ documents.

Evaluation may include assessment of technical quality, relevant experience, methodology, price, value for money, implementation capacity, conflict-of-interest declarations, and ability to meet APRC’s reporting and accountability requirements. APRC is not required to select the lowest-priced quotation and may consider overall value for money and delivery confidence. [/vc_column_text]
