The Asia Pacific Regulation Centre (APRC) was proud to facilitate the of Face-to-Face Public Consultations in Funafuti, Tuvalu.The consultations focused on the upcoming Fair Pricing and Consumer Protection Act 2025, ensuring that the voices of communities are heard and included in shaping policies that matter most to them.

Participants engaged in group discussions and activities, sharing their insights on:

✅ Services to be regulated
✅ Challenges faced by households and communities
✅ Feedback on how consumer complaints should work
